Welcome to Gialone’s, a family-run pizza shop where Italian roots, great food, and friendly faces come together. Every bite honors the timeless traditions of Italian cooking and the passion that goes into every dish.
With more than 45 years in the industry, Gialone’s is the latest chapter in a story that began decades ago. Federico Gialone came to America from a small town near Naples, Italy, at just 19 years old, bringing a dream and a deep respect for the art of pizza-making. He started from the ground up, working alongside his siblings in local shops, learning, growing, and shaping a path of his own.
That path led him to Lori, a fellow food-industry professional who shared his passion for hospitality and tradition. They met while working at a Sbarro, and the rest, as they say, is history. They got married, started a family, and opened their first pizza shop.
Over the years, they’ve poured their hearts into every shop they’ve owned—always side by side. Now, with Gialone’s, they’re bringing their latest venture to Fredericktown, PA, serving classic Italian-style pizza, pasta, subs, salads, and desserts. Every dish reflects the flavors of Federico’s roots: simple, high-quality ingredients prepared with care and tradition.
The recipes may be new, but the passion behind them has been a lifetime in the making. At Gialone’s, food is more than a meal, it’s a celebration of heritage, meant to bring people together.
